Senior Client Solutions Manager – Russian speaking

About the role

Join Aleph as a Senior Client Solutions Manager to drive campaign success for top brands across Microsoft, Google and Amazon advertising platforms. You will work with Russian‑speaking clients, develop advanced paid‑search strategies and contribute to a fast‑growing international team.

Key responsibilities

• Build, nurture and expand relationships with Russian‑speaking clients, aligning campaigns with their business objectives.
• Lead the development and execution of advanced advertising strategies across paid‑search and digital platforms.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, delivering actionable insights to maximise ROI.
• Collaborate with internal sales, creative and technical teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies and competitor activity to propose innovative ideas.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in account management or client solutions, managing strategic client relationships.
• Hands‑on experience with paid‑search platforms (Microsoft, Google, Amazon) and a strong understanding of digital media buying.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Social Sciences or related fields.
• Proficiency in online advertising, analytics and social media platforms.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a drive to exceed expectations and manage multiple complex projects.
• Excellent communication skills in Russian and English.
