Senior Client Partner – Russian Speaking

About the role

Join Aleph’s fast‑growing digital advertising team in Cyprus as a Senior Client Partner. You will consult top advertisers and agencies, helping them achieve marketing goals using cutting‑edge platforms such as TikTok, Amazon, Google and many others.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of digital advertising solutions to new and existing clients.
• Prospect, source and close deals with brands and media agencies.
• Consult clients on campaign planning, digital media strategies and performance optimisation.
• Understand marketing objectives and recommend solutions that deliver measurable results.
• Partner with account managers to ensure smooth campaign launches and ongoing support.
• Conduct market research, track competitor activity and attend industry events to generate new business.
• Accurately forecast sales performance and resolve client issues proactively.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Social Sciences or a related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience managing large strategic accounts.
• Strong understanding of online advertising, analytics and social media platforms.
• Proven track record of driving revenue and building long‑term client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills in Russian and English.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a consistent record of exceeding targets.
