Senior Business Analyst

About the role

TradingView, the world’s largest financial analysis platform, is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join its product team in Limassol. You will drive product discovery, shape initiatives, and create high‑quality, implementation‑ready requirements for tools used by millions of traders and investors worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery workshops with Product Managers and define clear product requirements.
• Gather, analyse, and document business, functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Describe user flows, business rules, product logic and data presentation requirements.
• Analyse financial data structures, limitations and usage, and define processing and presentation needs.
• Collaborate closely with Designers, Engineers, Data teams and other product groups throughout the product lifecycle.
• Act as the coordination point between Product, Engineering, Platform and Data teams to ensure alignment.
• Support product initiatives from idea to release and iterate based on user feedback.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product documentation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (or System Analyst with relevant discovery and requirements experience).
• Hands‑on experience conducting discovery and gathering requirements.
• Ability to structure complex business logic and translate it into clear, actionable specifications.
• Comfort working with data and sufficient technical literacy to collaborate with engineering teams.
