Senior B2B Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a senior, hands‑on B2B Marketing Manager to build and lead our B2B marketing function from day one. You will define strategy, create plans, execute campaigns and set up the processes that drive commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute the overall B2B marketing strategy and annual plan.
• Develop a distinctive B2B brand presence across all channels, especially LinkedIn.
• Plan and run content, thought‑leadership and executive positioning campaigns.
• Design and manage lead‑generation, account‑based and outbound initiatives.
• Own the marketing funnel from awareness to MQL handover.
• Organise participation in international exhibitions, conferences and networking events.
• Create sales‑enablement materials such as presentations, case studies and product content.
• Manage external PR, creative, media and event partners.
• Implement marketing tools, reporting processes and performance dashboards.
• Track campaign performance, lead quality, conversion and ROI.
• Build and lead the future B2B marketing team, defining roles, processes and KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level B2B marketing experience, ideally in iGaming, SaaS, fintech or technology.
• Success in social media, lead generation and international event marketing.
• Experience building a marketing function, strategy or team from scratch.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, commercial funnels and lead qualification.
• Highly creative mindset with ability to develop original campaigns.
• Excellent planning, organisation and project‑management skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to link marketing activity to revenue.
• Hands‑on, independent execution style.
• Experience managing agencies, budgets and multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence with CRM, reporting and marketing automation tools.
