Sales Representative

About the role

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a confident and motivated Sales Representative to join a growing international marketing agency. In this position, you will communicate with potential candidates and clients, conduct sales meetings, and identify and onboard influencers and content creators to the company’s network.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange and lead face-to-face and online meetings with prospective leads.
• Identify, engage and successfully onboard influencers and content creators.
• Take ownership of the complete sales journey, from the first point of contact through to closing.
• Work towards and achieve monthly sales objectives.
• Develop professional and reliable relationships with both candidates and clients.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably within Forex or a face-to-face sales environment.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills, combined with a confident and professional approach.
• Comfortable working from the office and attending in-person meetings when required.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Russian is a strong advantage.
• Previous exposure to influencers, content creation, UGC or the wider creative industry would be an advantage.
