Sales Assistant – Retail (Multiple Locations)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Assistants to join KIABI stores across Paphos, Larnaca and Nicosia. You will interact directly with customers, provide personalized advice and help achieve store sales targets while maintaining a welcoming environment. You will work under the Store Manager, handling cash, stock and ensuring the store meets its visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, offering product recommendations based on their needs.
• Meet and strive to exceed set sales targets.
• Maintain stock levels, replenish merchandise and ensure displays are attractive.
• Process various payment methods accurately and handle cash register balancing.
• Package purchases professionally and manage price tagging.
• Address customer complaints effectively and ensure a clean, tidy shop.
• Monitor and update visual merchandising displays.
• Stamp or attach price tags and verify accuracy.
• Conduct periodic inventory checks and report discrepancies.
