Restaurant Manager

About the role

Work Channel Professional Recruitment is partnering with a well‑established hospitality organisation in Limassol to hire a Restaurant Manager. The role is responsible for the smooth, day‑to‑day operation of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, guest satisfaction and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service flow and high quality standards.
• Lead, motivate and develop the restaurant team, managing schedules, shifts and staffing levels.
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, presentation and compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Handle guest feedback, requests and complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen and F&B management to ensure seamless service.
• Monitor sales, drive upselling and support revenue‑generating activities.
• Assist with budgeting, cost control, inventory and stock management.
• Analyse performance data to identify efficiency and profitability improvements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and other departments as needed.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a 5‑star hotel, luxury hospitality or high‑end restaurant.
• Proven ability to lead, supervise and develop restaurant teams.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, service standards and F&B processes.
• Experience with staff scheduling, budgeting, cost control and inventory management.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and ability to handle pressure.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Greek or other languages is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays and special events.
• Relevant hospitality or restaurant management qualification is advantageous.
