Remote Sales Account Manager – Forex Brokerage

About the role

As a Remote Sales Account Manager you will drive client acquisition, conversion and retention for a fast‑growing international Forex brokerage. Working from any location, you will collaborate with global teams, leverage CRM tools and ensure consistent sales performance across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and manage existing accounts within the FX/CFD markets.
• Convert inbound and outbound leads into active traders using effective communication and closing techniques.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to foster client loyalty and increase trading activity.
• Utilise CRM systems to manage the sales pipeline and track performance metrics.
• Identify new business opportunities and expansion prospects in key regions.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaigns and client‑engagement strategies.
• Represent the brokerage with professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Forex brokerage.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Proven negotiation, sales and closing skills with a track record of converting leads into clients.
• Experience managing and retaining client relationships.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work remotely across time zones.

Required skills
