Recruitment Supervisor (Tech & Product)

About the role

Mayflower, an international technology company, is seeking an experienced Recruitment Supervisor to lead the end‑to‑end hiring strategy for the Technology & Product stream. You will manage a team of 6‑7 recruiters, handle high‑level stakeholder relationships, and personally deliver critical hires.

Key responsibilities

• Establish regular sharing of hiring insights, trends and market observations with stakeholders and use data to improve hiring effectiveness.
• Lead and develop a team of recruiters, setting high standards, building scalable processes and providing coaching and feedback.
• Build recruitment analytics to provide visibility into funnel performance, capacity and bottlenecks, and ensure high‑quality data for forecasting.
• Lead executive‑search and niche hiring roles, support complex negotiations and drive projects to improve recruitment maturity.

Required profile

• 6+ years of recruitment experience in technical/product companies, including 2+ years in a lead or supervisor role.
• Strong stakeholder management, data‑driven decision‑making and ownership mindset.
• Proven ability to develop recruiters, set standards and improve team performance.
• Fluent in English (B2+) and Russian (full proficiency), willing to relocate to Cyprus.
