About the role

Iron Mountain is seeking a Record Center Specialist to join its Nicosia team. You will manage client records, ensuring they are stored, organized, and handled in line with company security and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

Manage and organize client files and documents.
Support document storage and distribution processes.
Ensure accurate recording, storage, and archiving of records.
Collaborate with other teams to maintain efficient information flow.
Adhere to security and confidentiality policies for all records.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Basic knowledge of computers and technology.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliability, responsibility, and team spirit.
Clean criminal record and good communication skills.

Required skills

Basic computer literacy.
Understanding of security and confidentiality standards.
