Publisher Account Manager – Ad Tech

About the role

We are seeking a Publisher Account Manager to join our client’s ad‑tech team. The role focuses on onboarding, managing and scaling relationships with publisher partners, ensuring seamless technical integration and maximizing revenue performance.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and integrate new publishers via XML, API or tag‑based methods.
• Maintain and grow relationships with top‑tier supply partners.
• Monitor and optimise performance metrics such as fill rate, eCPM, RPM and CTR.
• Troubleshoot revenue or delivery issues together with development teams.
• Collaborate with demand teams to match premium demand sources to inventory using RTB and header‑bidding solutions.
• Oversee ad quality, compliance and targeting across verticals and geographies.
• Identify upsell and scale opportunities and reactivate dormant partners.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in a Publisher Manager, Supply or SSP role.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid understanding of eCPM, RPM, fill rate and viewability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Required skills

• XML feed handling and API integrations.
• Real‑time bidding (RTB) and OpenRTB protocols.
• Ad serving platforms such as AdKernel.
• Traffic verification tools (GeoEdge, AdScore).
• SQL and BI‑tool proficiency for performance analysis.
