PSP Manager – Business Development (iGaming)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced PSP Manager to lead the payment service provider ecosystem for our iGaming business. You will own the end‑to‑end onboarding, optimisation and expansion of payment solutions across multiple markets, ensuring secure and compliant transactions for players and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full onboarding lifecycle of new PSPs from initial contact to successful go‑live.
• Coordinate KYC, compliance and contractual documentation together with Legal and Compliance teams.
• Oversee pre‑live testing, issue resolution and launch coordination.
• Represent the company at industry events and build relationships with PSPs, banks and stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into technical tasks and work closely with the Tech team for integration.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for PSPs, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in iGaming as a PSP Account Manager, Business Development Manager or similar.
• Proven track record working with multiple PSPs in Tier 1 jurisdictions (EU, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
• Strong negotiation, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
