Product Manager - Trading Platforms

About the role

IC Markets, a global trading company with over 15 years of experience, is looking for an experienced Product Manager in Limassol to own the business strategy, vision and roadmap of its trading, client and operational platforms. The role leads the Product Owners within the product structure and works closely with Product Owners, other Product Managers, business leadership and cross-functional teams. It is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule (09:00-17:00) under a hybrid model of three days in the office and two from home.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap, turning company strategy, client needs and regulatory requirements into actionable initiatives.
• Maintain a consolidated roadmap across Product Owners, with themes, outcomes, timelines and dependencies, kept up to date in Jira and reported on.
• Own prioritisation across workstreams, make trade-offs visible to senior management and monitor the backlog of high-priority projects through to delivery.
• Build business cases and success metrics covering revenue, conversion, retention, cost efficiency and regulatory impact.
• Lead, coach and grow Product Owners and Business Analysts across Trading Platforms, Payments, CRM and Back Office, Salesforce, Client Area and Partners Portals and Websites, including hiring and performance management.
• Set standards for backlog discipline, Definition of Ready and Jira traceability, and review roadmaps, backlogs and delivery dashboards regularly.
• Provide quarterly and monthly visibility of planned projects, achievements and risks, and partner with Engineering Managers, QA, Project Delivery and Technical Release Managers.
• Enforce Jira and Confluence governance, partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Client Support, and embed regulatory and compliance requirements in product scope.
• Define and monitor product KPIs such as conversion, funding, trading activity, adoption and retention, and analyse the market and competitors.

Required profile

• 6+ years of product experience, including 3+ years as a Product Manager, Senior Product Owner or Head of Product in Forex/CFD, online trading, fintech or regulated financial services.
• Proven track record of owning strategy and roadmaps and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Experience managing Product Owners and Business Analysts and working with peer Product Managers.
• Knowledge of the trader lifecycle and client onboarding, including KYC, account opening, funding, pricing and order execution.
• Experience in regulated financial environments, with knowledge of payments and compliance workflows.

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of Trading Platforms (MT4, MT5, cTrader, DxTrade, ICTrade or proprietary), Payments and PSP integrations, CRM and Back Office (Salesforce), Client Area and Partners Portals, and Websites (analytics, A/B testing, CRO, SEO).
• Advanced Jira and Confluence governance, delivery dashboards and Say/Do metrics.
• Business acumen, business cases, KPIs and product analytics.
