Passenger Incentives Economics Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Passenger Incentives Economics Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of passenger incentives across inDrive markets. You will manage budgets, optimise discount and reward mechanics, and collaborate with Analytics, Tech, Finance and Marketing to make incentive management data‑driven and automated.

Key responsibilities

• Manage weekly passenger incentives budget across countries, ensuring effective allocation and pacing.
• Operate and optimise the portfolio of discounts, rewards and other monetary incentive mechanisms based on business objectives.
• Monitor performance using dashboards, analyse uplift, incrementality, CPAR and net revenue impact, and recommend scaling or stopping initiatives.
• Work with Analytics and Tech to develop tools, models, monitoring and automation for incentive management.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and drive implementation with analysts, engineers and product teams.
• Prepare regular performance insights and continuously improve operational processes towards algorithm‑driven solutions.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business or a closely related field.
• 3+ years of experience in operations, revenue management, growth, strategy, analytics or consulting.
• Hands‑on experience with pricing, incentives, promotions or revenue management, including testing and impact measurement.
• Strong analytical skills with experience working on large datasets and advanced Excel.
• Solid understanding of unit economics, incrementality and A/B testing.
• Fluency in English and strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
