Partnership Specialist (Card Acquiring)

About the role

Colibrix One builds AI-powered payment technologies for PSPs, EMIs and neobanks across the EU and UK, and is a licensed EMI and principal member of VISA and Mastercard. As a Partnership Specialist you will support and manage relationships with partners across the fintech ecosystem, handling daily communication, assisting with operations and integrations, and making sure partners can work effectively with the company.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with partners and work with them to ensure smooth daily operations
• Oversee the technical processes involved in partner integration
• Monitor and improve key metrics such as conversion rate and report progress to senior management
• Identify opportunities to expand cooperation through upselling and cross-selling
• Collaborate with internal teams daily to manage partner-related operations
• Explore product acquisition and understand the payment flow
• Represent the company at events and help attract new partners

Required profile

• Experience in B2B partnerships within fintech, ideally with acquirers or PSPs
• Understanding of high-risk industries such as gambling and crypto
• Proven ability to manage complex partner accounts and operations with attention to detail
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Fluent in English and Russian; additional languages are an asset
