Partner Relations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Partner Relations Specialist to support our growing commercial team in Limassol. Reporting to the Partner Relations Manager, you will help manage relationships with existing and new partners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Partner Relations Manager with daily partner communication and requests.
• Share updated information, brochures, price lists, and other materials with partners.
• Assist with onboarding and day‑to‑day support of new and existing partners.
• Organise partner meetings, presentations, events, and networking activities.
• Coordinate partner requests with relevant internal teams and keep partner data up‑to‑date.
• Provide general administrative and organisational support to the Partner Relations Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, International Relations or a related field.
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, sales support or other client‑facing roles is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Russian; Greek is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Friendly, professional attitude and willingness to learn within the Commercial Department.
