Online Advertising and Traffic Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Born2trade is seeking an Online Advertising and Traffic Acquisition Specialist to plan, launch and optimise digital advertising campaigns that generate qualified traffic and conversions. The role works closely with marketing and product teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives while maintaining consistent brand messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and programmatic networks.
• Perform audience targeting, bid management and budget allocation to maximise ROI.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking, attribution models and performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce and test ad creatives.
• Analyse campaign performance, generate insights and continuously optimise for better results.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing sizable performance‑marketing budgets.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution and key performance metrics.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience in highly regulated industries is a plus.
• Portfolio or documented case studies preferred.
