Nordic Customer Support Advisor – Cyprus

About the role

We are looking for native‑level Norwegian‑ or Danish‑speaking Customer Support Advisors to join a multilingual team in Cyprus. The role involves providing English‑fluent assistance to customers of a global gaming and consumer‑brand provider, combining technical troubleshooting with account and billing support.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat.
• Resolve account issues such as login, password and access problems.
• Assist with payment, billing and subscription questions.
• Troubleshoot gaming platform, console and network‑related technical problems.
• Escalate complex cases to higher‑level support and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in Norwegian or Danish (C2).
• English at B2 level or higher.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in customer support, contact centre or technical support (advantageous).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to relocate to Cyprus.

What we offer

• Base salary €1,350 gross per month, rising to €1,400 after six months.
• €150 gross language bonus per month.
