NOC Technician – DID & SMS

About the role

We are seeking a proactive NOC Technician with strong proficiency in Alaris and DID numbering for SMS to support our messaging and telecom operations. The role involves monitoring messaging services, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring reliable service delivery across our international client base.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor messaging services and maintain service quality.
• Resolve incidents and technical issues promptly.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience with DID numbering for SMS and strong proficiency in Alaris.
• Experience in NOC operations, messaging support, or telecom technical support.
• Fluent English communication skills and ability to work independently in the Philippines time zone.
