Manager – Strategy & Transaction Advisory

About the role

EY Parthenon in Cyprus is seeking an experienced Manager to lead advisory projects across mergers & acquisitions, valuations, restructuring and strategy. The role combines client‑facing analysis, team leadership and business development within a fast‑growing consulting practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and presentation of client businesses, identifying strengths, weaknesses and strategic opportunities.
• Drive insights into key transaction drivers and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Oversee the preparation of reports, presentations and other deliverables, ensuring clarity and precision.
• Plan, prepare and review client proposals, showcasing the team’s expertise.
• Organise and facilitate client meetings, providing tailored solutions.
• Build and expand internal and external networks through relationship‑building.
• Manage and develop a diverse team of professionals, setting expectations, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews.
• Collaborate with other EY service lines to promote knowledge sharing.
• Take ownership of personal learning while mentoring junior colleagues.

Required profile

• Strong academic background, preferably in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Physics or Mathematics.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams.
• Proven track record in delivering advisory services on complex transactions.
