Manager, Audit Department

About the role

We are currently looking to recruit experienced Qualified Auditors for our Audit Department at our offices in Nicosia and Paphos. This is a great opportunity for high‑calibre professionals who wish to work and thrive in a high‑performance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensuring work is prepared in accordance with professional standards
• Conducting reviews of audit files
• Providing on‑the‑job training and guidance to team members
• Reporting directly to the engagement partner
• Maintaining direct communication with clients

Required profile

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA)
• University degree with 2:1 or equivalent in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience
• Good knowledge of IFRSs and ISAs
• Excellent written and spoken Greek and English
• IT literacy with strong Excel/Word skills
• Business awareness and high motivation
• Strong problem‑solving, organisational and time‑management abilities
• Attention to delivering quality work
• Willingness to travel within Cyprus and abroad
• Good coaching and project‑management skills
