About the role

CODECA, a non‑profit organization operating in Cyprus, is looking for Social Care Operators to support its Reception and Hospitality Center for International Protection Applicants in Kofinou and Larnaca, as well as the Hospitality Center in Limnes, Larnaca district. The role involves providing direct care to residents, assisting with therapeutic and medication routines, and contributing to employment and leisure programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily care for residents, supporting therapeutic and medication administration.
• Assist residents in participating in employment and recreational activities.
• Accompany residents to medical facilities or other state services and supervise their activities inside and outside the centre.
• Plan and procure essential supplies and equipment for residents' needs.
• Support vulnerable residents during meal times.
• Perform related administrative and clerical tasks.

Required profile

• Diploma from a recognised higher‑education institution (minimum three‑year programme) in one or more of the following fields: social work, welfare, early childhood care, sociology, psychology, social policy, social administration, nursing, or related disciplines.
