Lead Client Advisor

About the role

Lead Client Advisors act as trusted consultants for large‑scale client integration initiatives, guiding implementations, testing, validation and readiness activities. They ensure milestones are delivered on time, within budget and with high quality while building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead assigned portions of client implementation and integration engagements, including system conversions, product launches and testing initiatives.
• Provide business and technical advisory throughout the implementation lifecycle, developing deliverables, testing strategies, validation plans and client readiness activities.
• Manage implementation activities and milestones, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate client training, business validation, certification and data verification to ensure smooth transition to production.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven ability to lead complex client engagements and influence stakeholders across UK, EMEA and APAC markets.
• Strong analytical problem‑solving, independent decision‑making and exceptional communication in English.

Required skills

• Payment card issuing expertise.
• Systems integration knowledge.
• Testing and validation experience.
• Regulatory requirements awareness across multiple regions.
• Business analysis and TS2 knowledge (bonus).
