Junior Sales Assistant / Junior Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for an active and outgoing Junior/Middle-level candidate eager to develop in Sales and Business Development. The role combines proactive client outreach with supporting the manager on organisational tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients and partners.
• Generate new leads through LinkedIn, email, networking and industry events.
• Handle initial communication with prospects and participate in meetings, calls, conferences and exhibitions.
• Maintain and regularly update the lead database.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and confidence when interacting with new people.
• Good command of English.
• Motivation to develop in Sales/Business Development and learn quickly.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently.
• Composed in unfamiliar and stressful situations.

Required skills

• LinkedIn for lead generation.
• Knowledge of payment solutions such as PSP, acquiring, EMI and crypto payments.
