Junior Accountant

About the role

Business Consulting Support (Cyprus) Ltd (BCSCE) is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join its growing team in Limassol. The role combines traditional accounting duties with exposure to IT‑focused services such as Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud, and managed IT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, customer invoices and credit notes.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Reconcile bank accounts, payments and accounting records.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and spreadsheets.
• Support payroll administration and related documentation.
• Monitor recurring contracts, Microsoft licensing, Azure billing and customer subscriptions.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate customer billing and cost allocation.
• Assist during internal and external audits and perform general administrative accounting duties.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills in Greek and English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
• Interest in technology and IT services is an advantage.
