Internal Auditor – Limassol

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Internal Auditor to join a leading retail group in Limassol. You will be responsible for evaluating processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting risk‑management initiatives across the subsidiary and the parent company.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits of the subsidiary’s processes and systems.
• Prepare audit reports with findings and improvement recommendations for both subsidiary and group management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies.
• Monitor corrective‑action implementation and provide updates to the parent company.
• Participate in projects aimed at enhancing internal processes and risk management.
• Collaborate with teams in Cyprus and the parent company to ensure effective audit procedures.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (post‑graduate degree is a plus).
• Professional audit certification (e.g., CIA, CISA, ACCA).
• Minimum 3 years of audit experience, preferably in the retail sector.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and good command of English.
• Strong attention to detail, strategic thinking and effective collaboration skills.
