About the role
Iron Mountain’s digital scanning division is seeking an Imaging Specialist to convert physical records into secure, high‑quality digital assets. You will play a key part in helping organisations free up space and improve information retrieval.
Key responsibilities
- Sort and organize files and information before scanning.
- Perform document digitization processes, including scanning and image creation.
- Enter data accurately from source documents into the company’s or client’s database.
- Conduct quality‑control checks on scanned documents.
- Meet customer‑service standards and contractual deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to review and analyse documents with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong administrative skills and discretion handling confidential information.
- Clean criminal record.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using computer systems.
