Head of Procurement

About the role

Intergo Telecom Ltd is seeking a Head of Procurement to lead and develop its wholesale telecommunications business while managing strategic procurement activities. The role focuses on maximizing profitability, establishing strong carrier relationships, and supporting the growth of the enterprise business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the wholesale growth strategy.
• Establish and maintain relationships with international telecom carriers, operators, aggregators, and strategic partners.
• Negotiate interconnection, SMS, data, and other wholesale telecom agreements.
• Lead procurement negotiations with telecom suppliers and vendors, optimizing supplier selection and cost‑efficient purchasing.
• Own the P&L performance of the wholesale department and monitor margin performance.
• Provide regular performance reports to executive management and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in telecom wholesale, carrier relations, procurement, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering profitable wholesale telecom business growth.
• Strong network of telecom industry contacts and experience negotiating international agreements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, fluent in English.
