Head Nurse

About the role

Frontida is looking for a senior nurse to lead its home‑nursing team, based in Nicosia and working island‑wide. This is a managerial role in a home nursing and personalised home‑care organisation that includes nurses, carers, midwives, physiotherapists and allied professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, schedule and supervise the home‑nursing team; set and maintain clinical protocols.
• Assess new patients at home and develop individual care plans with families and treating physicians.
• Own the patient pathway, including onboarding, monitoring, documentation, escalation and handover to the treating physician.
• Manage stock, equipment, infection control and conduct quality reviews of clinical practice.

Required profile

• Registration with the Cyprus Nursing and Midwifery Council, or eligibility to register.
• Fluent Greek (essential) and professional English for documentation and training.
• Experience in home care, community nursing, ward or day‑surgery; chronic disease management is an advantage.
• Team‑leadership experience or clear readiness to take on a leadership role.
• Valid driving licence.
