About the role

TEB is looking for a Treasury Manager to join its Northern Cyprus organization. The role involves overseeing treasury activities, managing liquidity, and supporting the bank’s strategic financial decisions in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the bank’s treasury operations are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor and manage money‑market, foreign‑exchange, interest‑rate, and liquidity processes.
• Track treasury portfolio performance, analyse results and implement corrective actions.
• Stay abreast of financial‑market developments and provide analysis and recommendations to senior management.
• Contribute to the effective management of liquidity, market and interest‑rate risk.
• Execute processes in line with legal regulations and internal policies.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance treasury operations.
• Prepare regular reports and develop analytical tools to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Banking, or related fields.
• Experience in Treasury, Financial Markets, or Asset & Liability Management within the banking sector.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced English language proficiency.
• Ability to work onsite in Northern Cyprus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
