Graduate Training Programme – Permanent Role

About the role

Deloitte Cyprus offers a Graduate Training Programme that combines a permanent position with professional qualification sponsorship. As a graduate you will join one of several departments – Audit & Assurance, Strategy & Transactions, Risk, Tax, or Business Process Solutions – and start delivering real client projects from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Work on client engagements across audit, tax, advisory and risk services.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues to solve complex business problems.
• Participate in training sessions and obtain a recognised professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CFA, ADIT, FIA).
• Contribute to deliverables, reports and presentations for diverse industry clients.
• Maintain high standards of quality, ethics and client service.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (any field of study) with a strong academic record – minimum 2:1 (UK), GPA 3.3 (US) or GPA 3.2/4 (Cyprus).
• Eagerness to start a professional career and develop technical expertise.
• Ability to work in a team‑oriented, client‑focused environment.
