German-Speaking Recruitment Sales Consultant (Limassol)

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Recruitment Sales Consultant to join our team in Limassol (with occasional work from Paphos). You will act as a bridge between senior consulting talent and our clients, using your language expertise and commercial mindset to drive placements and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Engage senior consulting professionals (Directors, Partners, Senior Managers) across target markets.
• Pitch candidates and opportunities to clients and stakeholders in a professional, structured manner.
• Manage high‑volume outbound and inbound communication in German, both written and spoken.
• Build long‑term professional relationships through consistent outreach and follow‑up.
• Collaborate closely with the founder, using provided leads and data to convert prospects.
• Utilise AI tools and recruitment platforms to optimise sourcing and communication efficiency.
• Represent the company at events and client‑facing interactions when required.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and drive deal closure within a performance‑driven structure.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native German (C1/C2 minimum).
• Strong commercial mindset with interest in sales, recruitment or consulting.
• High resilience and ability to thrive in a target‑driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence engaging with senior (C‑level) stakeholders.
• Motivation for long‑term, performance‑based earnings growth.
• Experience in sales, recruitment, consulting or customer‑facing roles.
• Background in competitive environments such as sports or business.
• Interest in executive search, consulting or professional services markets.
• Familiarity with AI tools or modern recruitment systems.
