Functional Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

About the role

EY is looking for a Functional Consultant to join its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations team. You will work on transformation projects for clients across Europe, the UK, MENA and beyond, helping them implement and optimise finance and supply‑chain processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules such as Finance, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Inventory and Project Accounting.
• Conduct requirement‑gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Configure system modules, define workflows and perform functional testing together with technical teams.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including design documents, user manuals and test scripts.
• Support data migration activities, including mapping, validation and reconciliation.
• Provide end‑user training and post‑go‑live support to ensure smooth system adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems or a related field.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate certification (or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum three years of functional consulting experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or AX 2012) covering full‑cycle implementations.
• Proven experience in finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting) and/or supply‑chain domains (Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Production, Warehousing).
