French‑Speaking Retention Agent

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Retention Agent to join a fast‑growing, award‑winning brokerage in Limassol. You will work directly with existing clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service, understand our product suite, and remain loyal to the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with French‑speaking clients.
• Execute retention strategies that increase satisfaction and reduce churn.
• Proactively engage clients to uncover needs and identify upsell opportunities.
• Resolve issues quickly to guarantee a positive experience.
• Leverage data insights to personalize retention approaches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise the client journey.
• Track retention metrics and report performance results.
• Stay informed on product updates and market developments.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Retention Agent in a CFD or Forex brokerage.
• Native or fluent French with strong corporate English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and adaptable to diverse client needs.

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
