Financial Analyst

About the role

A very exciting position has arisen within a global organisation which will give the successful applicant great exposure to the global heads of Tax, Treasury and Accounting. There is a unique opportunity for the successful candidate to quickly develop their career in a growing multinational.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with Tax, Treasury and regional accounting teams.
• Work with external auditors to complete local statutory audits.
• Prepare and record intercompany accounting entries across multiple regions, including cross‑border cash repatriations and legal entity transactions.
• Manage the intercompany settlement process in partnership with Treasury and Tax teams.
• Reconcile intercompany positions globally and ensure balance.
• Help develop, maintain and assess internal controls related to accounting and financial reporting systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant finance experience.
• Finance or Business degree; qualified accountant.
• Knowledge of SOX compliance and experience with external/internal audit functions.
• Fluency in English and Greek.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
