Finance Supervisor

About the role

IronFX is seeking an experienced Finance Supervisor to join its Finance Department in Limassol. The role will oversee financial, tax and regulatory reporting for multiple legal entities across various jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial, tax and regulatory reporting for assigned entities worldwide.
• Prepare financial statements, income tax returns and VAT returns in line with local regulations.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, tax advisors and consultants to meet reporting deadlines.
• Authorize supplier payments and related party transactions through appropriate bank accounts.
• Verify the accuracy of accounting records via monthly general ledger and management account reviews.
• Support the maintenance of reliable group financial records.
• Identify and recommend improvements to internal controls and finance policies.
• Ensure compliance with internal regulations, controls and operational procedures.
• Participate in finance‑related process improvement projects.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• ACA or ACCA qualification (essential).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, audit or financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation and accounting principles.
• Excellent written and verbal command of Greek and English.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems.
• Knowledge of SAP (considered an advantage).
