Finance Operation Center Professional

About the role

The Finance Operation Center Professional will join a leading telecom operator in North Cyprus, supporting daily finance and accounting activities while ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily finance and accounting operations.
• Verify purchase and sales invoices and record them in the accounting system.
• Monitor current accounts, perform reconciliations, and manage bank, collection, and payment processes.
• Assist with monthly closing procedures.
• Prepare financial reports and perform necessary controls.
• Provide documentation and information for internal and external audits.
• Analyze operational problems and develop solutions.
• Contribute to the improvement of existing finance and accounting processes.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of a single chart of accounts and basic accounting practices.
• Experience with current accounts, bank operations, invoicing, collection and payment processes.
• Familiarity with financial reporting.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
• Preferably experienced with Oracle or similar ERP systems.
• Analytical thinking, problem‑solving ability, attention to detail, and strong follow‑up.
• Good planning and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Preferably good command of English.
