Field Service Engineer – Cyprus

About the role

The Field Service Engineer will deliver expert repair, maintenance and installation services for Atlas Copco’s industrial equipment across Cyprus. You will ensure high customer satisfaction while upholding safety and quality standards, supporting the operational success of key industries.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct planned and ad‑hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot and repair compressors, vacuum pumps and related systems.
• Diagnose issues proactively to minimise equipment downtime.
• Perform installations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Document all service activities accurately.
• Act as the on‑site contact, providing recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of technical service experience with industrial equipment, preferably compressors or vacuum pumps.
• Strong product knowledge and solid understanding of mechanical and electrical techniques.
• Technical expertise in at least one area: mechanical, electrical or automation.
• Structured, analytical problem‑solving ability.
• Proven experience resolving mechanical and electrical issues.
• Excellent communication skills and proactive ownership of tasks.
• Native speaker of the local language with basic English proficiency.
• Intermediate PC/IT skills and a technical engineering education.
