Economy Game Designer

About the role

We are looking for an Economy Game Designer to join the team behind our flagship battler/4X title, Hero Wars: Alliance. The role focuses on designing and balancing the in‑game economy that drives progression, rewards, events, offers, and new content.

Key responsibilities

• Own features from concept through post‑mortem analysis.
• Design the economy of events, rewards, progression, and offers.
• Understand resource loops, dynamic systems, and overall game economics.
• Work with analytics before and after launch to inform decisions.
• Balance the value of new content so it strengthens the product without devaluing existing systems.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, analysts, developers, UI/UX designers, artists, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Game Design.
• Strong knowledge of successful mid‑core battler games and LiveOps practices.
• Experience working on LiveOps for existing projects using a data‑driven approach.
