EBG Account Manager – Utilities Sector

About the role

Huawei is seeking an experienced EBG Account Manager to join its Enterprise Business Group in Nicosia, Cyprus. The role focuses on the Utilities sector, covering energy, electricity, water and related infrastructure, and requires a strategic, results‑driven sales professional.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture executive‑level relationships with key decision‑makers in the Utilities sector.
• Identify, shape and close ICT opportunities to build a sustainable pipeline and meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Act as the primary Huawei interface for assigned customers, coordinating internal teams and partners to deliver long‑term value.
• Manage complex sales cycles from opportunity identification through project operation and closure.
• Drive business growth by expanding existing accounts and uncovering new opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise/B2B sales and key account management.
• Strong understanding of the Utilities sector (energy, electricity, water or related infrastructure).
• Track record of managing large strategic customers and complex sales cycles.
• Established relationships with senior stakeholders in the Utilities industry.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and achieve revenue growth.
