District Sales & Operations Manager – Paphos

About the role

Ratarious Management is looking for a dynamic District Sales & Operations Manager to lead its Paphos branch. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring high‑quality service to customers in the aluminium systems market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Paphos branch, coordinating and supervising the sales team’s performance.
• Handle incoming customer enquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
• Visit customers to promote aluminium products and offer technical advice.
• Develop and execute a business plan to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.
• Coordinate order and delivery processes, ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments.
• Identify new projects, build a network of partners and customers, and monitor market trends.
• Set sales objectives, track team performance against targets, and support the team in achieving commercial goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a related industry.
• Higher education degree or qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Greek and English.
• Strong organisational ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work under pressure and make well‑informed decisions.

Required skills

• Computer proficiency.
• Mechanical or technical knowledge related to aluminium systems.

What we offer

• 13th and 14th monthly salary.
• Provident fund after one year of service.
• Three weeks of August holidays (company closed).
• Gross annual salary ranging from €35,000 to €40,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
