Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Property Gallery Developers seeks an innovative Digital Marketing Manager to lead the creation and execution of digital campaigns across all channels. You will shape the brand’s online presence, manage social media platforms, and drive email marketing initiatives while guiding a creative team.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage content for social media, email newsletters, and other digital communications.
• Research, track, and analyse consumer behaviours and trends, integrating insights into campaigns.
• Prepare performance reports, measuring ROI and KPIs for each initiative.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement growth strategies.
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest social media trends and apply them to the company’s marketing efforts.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in digital or real‑estate sectors.
• Strong creativity, imagination and innovation with excellent interpersonal skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices and trend analysis.
• Ability to analyse consumer metrics, reports and trends.
• Strong project management and managerial capabilities.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English and Russian; Greek is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with photo and video editing software.
• SEO and SEM strategy development and keyword research.
• Experience using website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
