DevOps Engineer

About the role

Exness is looking for a DevOps Engineer to help deliver an exceptional client experience by building robust, scalable and automated infrastructure. The role is based in the Limassol office and includes full relocation support for you and your family.

Key responsibilities

• Own CI/CD pipelines for multiple development teams, from design to production.
• Introduce modern CI/CD and release‑management practices such as gradual rollouts and Infrastructure‑as‑Code.
• Automate provisioning of test, integration and production environments.
• Implement and configure company‑wide observability tools and share best practices.
• Collaborate closely with SRE, Security and Platform teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a DevOps or similar role.
• Strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level).

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools, GitOps (pull and push models), and containerisation, especially Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Bash scripting.
• Familiarity with GitLab CI, ArgoCD, and programming languages such as Python, Go or C#.
• Knowledge of databases and caching systems like Redis, PostgreSQL and MongoDB, plus SQL and modern RDBMS principles.
• Understanding of service meshes (e.g., Istio) and basic data replication concepts.
