DevOps Engineer – Cloud & AI‑Enhanced Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to design, build and operate cloud infrastructure for our clients. You will work hands‑on with Terraform, Kubernetes and a range of AI coding assistants to deliver reliable, cost‑effective solutions on AWS and other platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AWS environments using Terraform (Terragrunt), including VPC, IAM, EKS, data stores and networking.
• Operate production Kubernetes clusters: upgrades, networking, ingress, secrets, autoscaling (HPA, VPA, KEDA, Karpenter) and GPU workloads.
• Set up GitOps and CI/CD pipelines with ArgoCD or Flux together with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
• Implement observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, OpenTelemetry, ELK, OpenSearch, Datadog) and use them to troubleshoot incidents.
• Drive FinOps practices: right‑size resources, select pricing models and provide spend visibility.
• Collaborate directly with clients via Slack and calls, produce runbooks and documentation, and join pre‑sales technical discussions.

Required profile

• Several years of production experience on AWS, with deep knowledge of VPC, IAM and high‑availability design.
• Strong Terraform skills and experience with Terragrunt.
• Production Kubernetes expertise, preferably on EKS, including autoscaling and GPU workloads.
• Hands‑on experience with GitOps tools (ArgoCD or Flux) and at least one CI system.
• Proficiency in Linux, Bash scripting and Python or Go.
• Daily use of an AI coding assistant (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) with concrete examples of its application.
• Excellent English communication for client calls and documentation.
