About the role

Join a leading iGaming entertainment company as a Customer Support Representative, providing first‑line assistance to players in Greek. You will work in rotating shifts, handling inquiries via web‑chat, email and phone while promoting a safe‑gaming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with customers in Greek across multiple channels.
• Deliver high‑quality service with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Resolve product and service issues on first contact, escalating when necessary.
• Investigate player concerns thoroughly and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Promote the company’s “Safer Gaming” philosophy and stay up‑to‑date on rules and licensing requirements.
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing training programs.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in Greek.
• Strong communication and active‑listening abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with the capacity to handle diverse personalities.
• Ability to work under pressure, be accountable and conscientious.

Required skills

• Touch typing proficiency.
• General computer literacy.
