CRM Manager (GCC) – Arabic Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a native Arabic‑speaking CRM Manager to lead the CRM strategy and performance for our GCC brands. You will own the full player lifecycle, from onboarding through retention and reactivation, and drive improvements in key metrics such as retention, churn and player value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the CRM strategy across onboarding, conversion, retention, VIP support and reactivation for GCC markets.
• Design, build, launch and optimise CRM flows and journeys (welcome, early‑life, deposit, churn prevention, win‑back, late conversion) using the CRM platform.
• Analyse player behaviour and campaign results, run A/B tests and turn insights into actionable growth initiatives.
• Maintain the GCC promo calendar, incorporating local events such as Ramadan, Eid and national holidays.
• Collaborate with VIP, Marketing, Design, Product and BI teams and report performance to the Head of CRM.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Arabic (written and spoken) with Upper‑Intermediate English.
• 3+ years of hands‑on CRM experience in iGaming, owning lifecycle flows and KPIs.
• Proven track record of improving retention, reducing churn or increasing player value.
• Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail and ability to work with data, segments and reporting.

Required skills

• Experience with Smartico CRM platform.
• Practical use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for analysis and content creation.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.
