Conversion Agent – Australian or French‑EU Market

About the role

We are seeking experienced Conversion Agents to join our sales team, focusing on either the Australian market (English) or the French‑speaking EU market. The role involves turning qualified leads into paying clients while maintaining strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with prospective clients.
• Explain the company’s products and services clearly.
• Build client relationships and handle objections.
• Convert qualified leads into clients.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Meet sales targets and follow company procedures.

Required profile

• Native or fluent English for the Australian market.
• Native or fluent French for the French‑speaking EU market.
• Previous experience as a Conversion Agent.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Confidence, resilience, and a results‑driven approach.
• Availability to work onsite in Limassol during the relevant market hours.

What we offer

• Salary €2,500–€3,000 per month.
• Commission starting from 10%.
• Onsite work in Limassol, Cyprus.

• Working hours aligned with market (05:00–14:00 for Australian, 11:00–20:00 for French‑EU).
