Compliance Operations Manager – Traffic & Content

About the role

Mayflower is seeking a Compliance Operations Manager to own end‑to‑end traffic and content compliance for one of its digital platforms. You will design and run a scalable compliance framework, work with cross‑functional teams and turn regulatory requirements into practical operational solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update the traffic and content compliance framework, policies, SOPs and risk‑scoring mechanisms.
• Audit digital traffic channels, landing pages and promotional materials to detect prohibited content, cloaking, redirect manipulation and suspicious attribution patterns.
• Lead root‑cause investigations of compliance violations, coordinate corrective actions and enforce partner restrictions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Data teams to define requirements for automated risk‑scoring and monitoring tools.
• Track compliance metrics, analyse risk trends and provide decision‑ready reporting to management.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in compliance operations, risk, fraud prevention or traffic quality, with hands‑on affiliate marketing and ad‑network exposure.
• Proven ability to conduct operational audits, implement SOPs and manage incident investigations.
• Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and translating compliance needs into product and engineering requirements.
• Strong analytical decision‑making under pressure and ability to define compliance KPIs and executive reports.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency.
