Communications & Content Specialist (Part‑time, Freelance)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, hands‑on Communications & Content Specialist to support contemporary art projects in Cyprus, with a primary focus on the VIMA Art Fair and the opportunity to expand to other initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Write, edit and publish content for websites, newsletters, social media, press materials and presentations.
• Plan, prepare and send email campaigns and maintain the website using Wix.
• Create visual assets and presentations using Keynote, Google Slides, Canva, Figma and AI tools.
• Develop marketing assets tailored to different audiences and coordinate external designers, photographers and videographers.
• Manage content schedules, ensure timely delivery and maintain a consistent tone of voice.
• Attend in‑person meetings in Cyprus at least one day per week and support key project events.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English and Greek.
• Minimum three years of experience in communications, content or marketing.
• Strong interest in contemporary art, culture or design.
• Proactive, resource‑ful and able to work independently.
