Cloud Data Analyst – Finance & Reporting

About the role

We are seeking a Cloud Data Analyst to join our Cloud Finance team. The role focuses on monitoring, analysing, reporting and automating cloud‑related financial and operational data, ensuring data accuracy and supporting process optimisation across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile data between vendor systems and internal platforms.
• Validate cloud transactions, billing records and financial data.
• Prepare, maintain and enhance recurring operational and financial reports.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytical reports.
• Extract, transform and validate data from multiple sources using Excel, Power Query and related tools.
• Monitor cloud marketplace activities, flag anomalies and support automation of monthly billing processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations and Cloud teams across several countries.
• Document reports, processes and data models, and contribute to workflow optimisation.
• Support ad‑hoc reporting, business analysis and management requests.

Required profile

• University degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance/Accounting, Business Intelligence, IT, Data Science or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience, preferably in accounting, finance or data analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts such as revenue, cost and billing processes.
• Fluency in both Greek and English.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work effectively in a team.
